Sponsor licence questions

A sponsor licence is permission from the Home Office for a UK business to employ workers from outside the UK. You need one before you can hire someone who needs a visa to work for you, and you must meet your sponsor duties for as long as you hold it.
Our fee depends on the size of your business and what you need, so we agree one fixed fee with you on your first call. The Home Office also charges its own application fee, which depends on the size of your organisation. We’ll explain every cost before you commit.
Once we have your documents, we prepare your application quickly. After submission, the Home Office usually makes a decision within about 8 weeks. A faster priority service is sometimes available for an extra fee.
It depends on your business, but it usually includes company registration details, business bank statements, employer’s liability insurance, PAYE or VAT registration and details of your premises. We give you a checklist built for your business, so you know exactly what to send.
Yes. We review the refusal, work out exactly what went wrong and prepare a stronger application that deals with each issue.
Yes. We can add Skilled Worker or other routes to your current licence and update your sponsor records at the same time.
You’ll need to keep the right records and report certain changes to the Home Office. We can handle your Certificate of Sponsorship allocation requests and Sponsor Management System updates, or support your team to do them.
The Home Office can visit before or after your licence is granted to check your HR records and processes. Our mock audits prepare you for exactly what they look at.
Mock audits, compliance visit preparation, a compliance calendar, right to work processes, Appendix D record keeping, personnel files and staff training on sponsor duties.
Yes. We set up practical processes for right to work checks, Appendix D records and personnel files, and train your staff on their sponsor duties.
