Why applications get refused, and how we prevent it.

Most refusals come down to three things: missing or wrong documents, HR systems that don't meet the Home Office standard, or job roles matched to the wrong occupation code. We check all three before anything is submitted.

How long does it take?
Once we have your documents, we prepare your application quickly. After submission, the Home Office usually makes a decision within about 8 weeks. A faster priority service is sometimes available for an extra fee.
Yes. We review the refusal, work out exactly what went wrong and prepare a stronger application that deals with each issue.
The Home Office can visit before or after your licence is granted to check your HR records and processes. Our mock audits prepare you for exactly what they look at.
Yes. A newly established company may apply if it can demonstrate that it is genuinely operating or trading as required, has suitable HR and record-keeping systems, and can meet the Home Office’s sponsorship requirements. A new company is not automatically eligible simply because it has been registered at Companies House.
Not necessarily. However, it must demonstrate that it is a genuine organisation and has the necessary systems and capacity to meet its sponsorship obligations. The role it intends to sponsor must also be genuine and eligible.
Potentially, yes. A virtual business model does not automatically prevent an application, but the Home Office may scrutinise the business more closely and conduct a compliance check to establish that the organisation is genuine and can fulfil its duties.
No. The worker must independently meet the applicable visa requirements. The job, salary, English-language ability, financial requirements, and other eligibility criteria may be relevant, depending on the route.
