1. About us
ACG Immigration is a trading name of ACG Corporate Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company
No. 13201863. Registered office: 35-41 Folgate Street, London E1 6BX.
2. Our services
We provide sponsor licence application support, compliance audits, compliance retainers and sponsor licence management to UK organisations. We work with employers only.
3. Starting work
Our work starts once you have accepted our engagement letter and fee in writing.
4. Fees
We agree a fixed fee with you in writing before any work starts. Home Office fees and other third party costs are separate and are paid by you. Payment terms are set out in your engagement letter.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us complete and accurate information and documents on time. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for meeting your sponsor duties
6. Home Office decisions
Decisions on applications are made by the Home Office. We cannot control the outcome of an application
or how long the Home Office takes.
7. Ending our engagement
You can end our engagement at any time by telling us in writing. You will pay for work completed up to that point.
8. Confidentiality and data
We keep your information confidential and handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you for any service is limited to the fees you paid for that service, except where the
law does not allow this.
